As the customer journey changes due to AI search, we have entered an era where even companies with a long history find it difficult to survive unless they are 'discovered' by customers.
Homepage Korea, which has completed over 1,500 projects over the past 27 years, also sought out Elifunt to resolve these concerns. Homepage Korea has been developing complex websites and systems for vertical industries such as universities, institutions, and academic societies. Although they possessed solid expertise and technical capabilities, persuading clients in language they could understand was a difficult task.
However, through the collaboration between Elifunt, which structures content using SEO and GEO strategies, and Homepage Korea, a company specializing in system development, we were able to produce a website that delivers overwhelming results.

1. Content Growth Marketing Project of Homepage Korea, a 27-Year-Old IT Development Company
Q. Hello, CEO Ha-eun Yeom! Please introduce Homepage Korea.
Hello. Homepage Koreais a specialized IT development company established in 1999. We have accumulated 27 years of experience as of this year. We have primarily built websites and internal systems for organizations with complex requirements, such as large corporations, public institutions, universities, and academic societies and associations.
We excel at high-difficulty projects that require system development and integration tailored to our clients' workflows. The most critical factor we look for in a project is the role of the Project Manager (PM). Since many clients are unfamiliar with web terminology, we require someone who can clearly articulate requirements and lead the project to completion. Homepage Korea is staffed with young, veteran PMs of around five years who possess diverse industry experience, and they operate as closely as our clients' in-house IT teams.
Q. How was Homepage Korea doing its marketing before meeting Elifunt?
A. I was concerned that the 27 years of experience and strengths I have built up were not clearly visible online.
Homepage Korea possessed a great many weapons and strengths. However, we were deeply concerned that our expertise was not fully reflected on the website itself. Although we had previously carried out numerous projects for large corporations and public institutions, only about 10–20% of that was being showcased in our website portfolio.
In order to reach more customers in this market in the future, we needed to demonstrate more clearly on our website “why we are strong in projects for large corporations and public institutions.”.

At the time, we were running keyword ads, but we were very concerned about their efficiency. There were quite a few inquiries that did not match our target audience, such as simple quotes or maintenance requests. Therefore, rather than continuing to spend money on advertising like pouring water into a bottomless pit, we decided that we needed a structure where our true strengths could be naturally exposed through search engines and content.
Q. What was the biggest reason for deciding to collaborate with Elifunt?
A. Whenever I searched, Elifunt's content always appeared first. That's why I came to trust them even more!
To be honest, I didn't compare many different companies. When I searched for SEO or GEO-related keywords, Elifunt's contentwas the first to catch my eye. Seeing it, I immediately felt convinced that "this team would do a great job with the content planning and website design that aligns with our vision."

What we wanted was a partner who could help define what kind of clients our company should meet, what problems we can solve, and in what language to explain them. In that sense, I think our collaboration with Elifunt was on the right track right from the start.
2. Homepage Korea's SEO & GEO Marketing Strategy That Exceeded Lead Count by 540%
Q. The number of 'Inquiries' increased significantly after the project. Do you feel the results of GEO marketing?
A. Not only has the number of inquiries increased, but the number of valid leads leading to contracts has also grown.
Previously, the website was closer to a simple company introduction page. Even when making sales to customers, it was not fully utilized as a tool to help convert contracts.
However, since the renewal, the website has become a much more reliable sales tool. In particular, what is more important than the fact that "inquiries have increased" is that the quality of the inquiries has changed. Instead of low-cost production or simple quote requests, we are experiencing a noticeable increase in inquiries from the customer base that Homepage Korea actually targets.
It has become much easier to explain our strengths and project examples to customers who visit our website. Thanks to this, we now have clear standards when preparing sales materials internally. While we previously relied heavily on verbal explanations, we now present the website and content together, making proposals with greater confidence.
Q. How are you utilizing the white papers produced alongside your blog content?
A. The Insight White Paper even serves the function of introducing why you should work with us.
While producing blog content and an e-book, we also revamped our company brochure, which had remained unchanged for the past 7 to 8 years. Previously, we faced limitations as we had to explain things to customers only verbally, but now we have materials that we can confidently present to our clients.

As content accumulated, our branding became even more solid. This is because Homepage Korea’s strengths, target customers, and working standards were logically organized within our writings and materials. Thanks to this, our approach carried much greater persuasiveness in sales meetings compared to simply listing what projects we had worked on.
In particular, representatives at large corporations or public institutions frequently need to go through internal reporting. In such cases, if the website and core contentare well-organized, working-level staff can represent us much more easily during internal reports.
3. We established an internal system while structuring solutions tailored to the company's size and industry
Q. Is there anything new you discovered through this project?
A. Moving away from service-oriented sales, we have become able to present solutions tailored to the customer's situation.
The existing website lacked 'customer-centric content' tailored to the concerns of target customers, the keywords they search, and the materials they rely on to make final decisions. We needed a message that customers could understand and be persuaded by, rather than simply stopping at stating, "We provide this service.".

As we collaborated with Elifunt, the framework for content tailored to each target began to take shape. For IT teams at large corporations, we had to demonstrate our ability to meet complex requirements and high security standards; for public institutions, it was crucial to showcase our capacity for strict regulatory compliance. For academic societies and associations, we needed to more clearly highlight our specialized workflows, such as conference operations, paper submissions, and member management.
A. I realized that even products incorporating the latest technologies, such as AI solutions, need to offer value.
At first, I thought that for services like AI solutions or GEO, where the technology name comes first, the most important thing was to explain the features in detail. However, the Elifunt team pointed out that what customers are truly curious about is not the technology name, but the problem situation and the solution. They emphasized that we need to show "what problems in our work are reduced" first, rather than "what technology was used.".
In particular, the customized AI solution service page , I gained a clearer understanding of the Elifunt team's text design strategy. We focused our delivery on materials that demonstrated technical expertise, such as RAG and E2E testing. However, instead of presenting that technology as a list of features, the Elifunt team reframed it into actual problems customers face. These included issues such as trust problems caused by inaccurate responses, a lack of testing personnel and time before a website launch, and the time spent searching for internal information. The features naturally followed as a solution to those problems.

Even with the AI solutions we have recently been focusing on , customers recognize the need for AI but find it difficult to define where their specific problems lie or how to solve them. By standardizing our experience—much like the service page added to our website—and structuring the problem situations and solutions first, the value we provide was communicated much more clearly.
The same applies to the enhanced website SEO/GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) services. I realized that GEO optimization doesn't just stop at creating code and structures that search engines or AI can easily understand; it involves organizing the brand and company's technical capabilities, project experience, and the rationale needed for customer decision-making into data that AI can comprehend. I felt this even more acutely as I watched the structured services and portfolio pages from the website renewal start being cited by the AI.
So now, even when introducing solutions to new customers, rather than talking about the features first, I have come to think first about the changes the customer will experience and the reasons why they should choose Homepage Korea.
Q. You proceeded with schema markup along with content structuring. Did this contribute to the results?
A. I thought it was a technology for AI visibility, but it turned out to be work that helps customers understand things.
schema markup initially seemed like a purely technical area. However, as I worked with Elifunt, I realized ultimately a matter of how to logically present our company's essence and expertise to search engines and customers.

We also learned a great deal internally. We had to restructure the company history, project experience, PM capabilities, and system implementation know-how that we had taken for granted into a format that was understandable to the outside. Through this process, we also began to see what kind of content Homepage Korea needs to build further in the future.
4. I was able to clearly structure my current work and even envision my future.
Q. How would you define your collaboration with Elifunt in a single word?
A. They are the partner who gave Homepage Korea a new look that perfectly fits its culture and identity.
In the process of Homepage Korea getting a makeover, I felt that Elifunt found a concept that perfectly suited our corporate culture and identity.
During our collaboration, there were many things we had to take care of ourselves, and sometimes we mentioned things before they were fully organized. However, thanks to Elifunt asking such insightful questions, we were able to accurately pinpoint the true essence of what we really wanted to convey. It felt like they literally grasped our point perfectly, even when we spoke half-heartedly, and turned it into an excellent final product. (Laughs)
Even when preparing bidding materials after the project, we are planning based on the website structure we finalized this time. We didn't just stop at receiving content; we effectively gained a clear standard for how we should be presented to the market going forward!
Q. What marketing direction does Homepage Korea want to further strengthen in the future?
A. I want to strengthen the field of customized systems, which requires an understanding of the industry, just like institutions and academic societies.
With the recent popularization of AI web builder services that allow users to create websites with just a few clicks, the market occasionally compares their pricing and speed with those of professional implementation companies like ours. However, Homepage Korea focuses on a completely different area. We have a distinct strength in 'building highly customized systems' that perfectly resolves the complex and demanding requirements of our clients.
Projects for large corporations, public institutions, academic societies, and associations require a comprehensive consideration of the entire process, ranging from internal system integration and security environments to administrator functions and long-term operations. This is because there are many areas that are difficult to address using only fixed templates. Homepage Korea’s long-standing experience and know-how lie.
Moving forward, we intend to actively leverage the content assets we have built to more clearly demonstrate Homepage Korea's unique capabilities. We plan to continuously accumulate valuable content so that aligning clients can discover us more easily, and working-level staff can confidently represent us during internal reports.
Do SEO and GEO marketing to help your company's services reach customers better.
Homepage Korea's strength lies in its technical capability to deeply understand client operations and design and build web systems that will operate stably even five or ten years from now. By structuring services into content that leverages this strength so that clients can understand them at a glance, Elifunt was able to achieve results that enhanced not only search engine performance but also user comprehension
In the B2B service industry, it is difficult to attract customer choice based solely on superior technical capabilities. This is because customers will only make a move if they clearly understand our expertise and have firm confidence that it can solve their specific problems
Elifunt will continue to translate complex technology and expertise into the customer's language and design a robust B2B marketing structure that customers seek out first. 🙌
