If a small startup with five employees operates a service with hundreds of thousands of users, marketing becomes more cautious. This is because spending on advertising and hiring marketers are both costs.

Moduup, the developer of Littlely, a website and profile link service, also went through various trials and errors. They attempted everything from Instagram ads and performance marketing to promotions and CRM, but the results were minimal, and it was a heavy burden for a small organization to continue operating. So, the Littlely team changed their question. Instead of asking, “How good were the advertising results this month?” they began to look at, “What kind of marketing can our team sustain?”

In January 2026, the Little Team visited Elifunt to help small-scale startups find and internalize sustainable marketing methods. We introduce the six-month organic marketing growth process and its remarkable results.

Even when marketing, small startups need to invest in elements that can become our team's 'assets'

Q. Littlely is a small startup organization without a dedicated marketer. What kind of marketing did you do before meeting Elifunt?

I tried everything from performance marketing to CRM, but it wasn't easy for a small team to sustain

From the beginning, Littlely great importance on incorporating a growth loop into the product itself . A growth loop refers to a structure where user actions naturally drive the influx of subsequent users or growth. As Littlely pages created by users were shared with others, and those who viewed them discovered Littlely, the number of members naturally increased.

In addition to that, we tried various other marketing strategies. We ran meta ads and even attempted CRM. However, it difficult to consistently generate results. For instance, performance marketing incurs advertising costs, requires constantly changing creatives, and necessitates a dedicated person for optimization. Furthermore, since the paid plans were low-priced, we determined that the ROI was low relative to the advertising costs.

Collaborating with the marketing agency was not easy either. It took time to explain the service, and setting up the data pipeline and tools incurred costs. The process of planning and confirming actions was also lengthy. However, I realized that if the results fizzled out, it would remain as a portfolio for the agency, but it seemed to leave our team with nothing but fatigue.

Through this process, the Littlely team began to view marketing differently. decided that instead of short-term, evaporative campaigns, they should invest in areas that could become assets for their team. They needed assets that are continuously searched and accumulated, such as websites and content, rather than costs that vanish like advertisements.

I wanted to create a website like a 'home' that captures Littlely's identity, rather than just a pretty introduction

Q. You were previously operating a one-page website. Is there a reason you decided to revamp the website?

I wanted to create a website that serves as a 'home,' encompassing everything from service and branding to SEO and GEO marketing

The existing one-page website did not pose any major issues for service operations. That is why I was even more concerned. If I were to create a new website, it had to have a clear purpose and impact . Simply making pages that were pretty or had high conversion rates was not enough.

Littlely existing one-page corporate website
The appearance of the website previously operated by Littlely. We operated corporate websites in a one-page format, similar to Littlely's client pages.

I felt that simply creating pretty pages with high conversion rates was not enough. I wanted to build a proper website that took service, branding, SEO, and GEO into account. I wanted to create a 'home' that embodies Littlely's identity and growth direction, so that when customers search or ask the AI, it clearly reveals what kind of service Littlely is, in what situations it is helpful, and what use cases exist.

Q. What was the biggest reason you decided to collaborate with Elifunt among the many SEO and GEO firms?

I discovered Elifunt through a search, and after feeling confident during a subsequent meeting, I decided to collaborate

I first discovered Elifunt through a search. I reasoned that if a team appeared in search results, they must be well-versed in SEO and GEO.

When working with marketing agencies, it is not uncommon to encounter cases where they act as if they can do everything for you at first, only to lose momentum as the project progresses. That is why I prioritized trust over flashy proposals when choosing a partner. The professionalism I felt during my marketing meeting with CEO Kim Ye-ji, her kind responses to inquiries, and her attitude of not exaggerating unnecessarily influenced my decision to collaborate. needed a team that could build results together until the very end, rather than an agency that promises to do everything for me.

Q. You worked with Elifunt on the website redesign you had been considering. How was it?

Littlely website revamped with SEO and GEO marketing strategies in collaboration with Elifunt

We had a comfortable time thanks to Elifunt professionally leading the extensive and complex process

After actually experiencing the website redesign, I realized it was a much broader and more complex task than I had anticipated. This is because everything—service description, branding, customer use cases, page structure, keywords, conversion flow, and data measurement—must be interconnected.

However, since Elifunt coordinated the work with a full understanding of the entire project, I didn't have to do any separate management. Whenever Elifunt presented their requirements, we simply responded and made important decisions together. At first, I found it difficult because there was so much communication with Elifunt, but looking at the results, I realized that process was absolutely necessary.

Q. What organic results did you achieve after revamping the website and publishing content?

Littlely sign-ups through organic channels grew by 1,526% in just two months following the website redesign

We are already seeing the results of our SEO and GEO marketing just two months after revamping the website. In fact, total sign-ups increased by 10%, and we also achieved our sales target for the first half of this year.

And I am personally experiencing Littlely appearing in search results more frequently and within a more accurate context. If it used to feel like it only appeared in fragmented responses to search terms, would say that now there is a way for Littlely to connect with a wider variety of search terms that customers ask.

For example, when a customer searches for the keyword 'Instagram group buying,' in addition to guiding them on how to do it through our blog content, Littlely is being presented as a good alternative.

When searching for the keyword 'Instagram group buying,' Littlely blog content is cited in the Google AI Overview, and the Littlely service is being recommended alongside it. 🥳

Traffic to AI channels such as ChatGPT also grew by 206%

While traffic from ChatGPT and Gemini was already occurring, AI-driven traffic increased by 206% after we revamped the website and launched a blog . Not only the website's main page, but also various other pages such as service pages, use case pages, and blog content are being cited via AI, generating traffic across the board.

Q. What did you discover new in this project?

We were able to organize the Littlely service internally within the team as well

It feels like our service is now clearly defined, both within the team and on search portals. Previously, when the question "What kind of service is Littlely?" came in, the answers varied even among us.

Now, we can explain what kind of brand we are just by showing the Littlely homepage. We essentially established the business concept of Littlely and created it in the form of a 'homepage' that customers can access. We were able to organize what kind of problem Littlely solves into a clearer form.

I was able to take a closer look at the marketing data structure that even the team wasn't fully aware of

Elifunt not only plans and produces website and blog content but also creates marketing dashboards that allow us to track customer traffic and conversions. In the process, we discovered data sources that even the team was unaware of, and the performance trendsbecame much clearer. Littlely lacks a dedicated marketer and was struggling to handle marketing data tools like GA and GSC, but thanks to you, we received a great deal of help.

I was able to internalize SEO and GEO content marketing methods

Through collaborating with Elifunt, a firm specializing in SEO and GEO, I properly learned practical methods ranging from keyword strategy to content creation. In particular, I realized that SEO and GEO content needs to be more structured, and I plan to apply this to our internal content management going forward.

If you want to achieve GEO marketing results with a 'responsible' partner, I recommend Elifunt

Q. Based on your project experience, which companies would you recommend collaborating with Elifunt to?

I recommend Elifunt to startups struggling with how to introduce their great products to customers

I would like to recommend this to teams in a similar situation to Littlely. These are companies that already have a proven MVP and a good product, but are struggling with how to explain it to customers. If you are confident that your service is necessary for your customers but feel that its value is not being fully conveyed through your current website and content, I recommend collaborating with Elifunt.

If you organize your homepage first, you can organize your customers, messaging, use cases, conversion flows, and performance metrics all at once while establishing the website structure. Just as the website redesign led to a business reorganization for Littlely.

Q. If you were to describe your collaboration with Elifunt in one sentence?

We are a partner with a 'sense of responsibility' to produce tangible results

As I mentioned earlier, working with external partners often led to moments where we lost momentum midway. I view this as a matter of responsibility. However, this was a team that cared about the client's concerns as if they were their own, prioritized deadlines, and maintained their drive right up to the final performance report. Therefore, I would say that Elifunt is a partner with a sense of responsibility dedicated to producing tangible results

Q. Lastly, I would like to know the marketing direction the Littlely team wants to further strengthen.

I would like to make it clearer what role Littlely can play in the AI era

We are also struggling with how to approach marketing going forward. With AI development making software creation easier and more similar services emerging, what role can Littlely play? And how should we communicate that role to our customers?

One thing is clear: I don't want to blindly follow trends. Since technology is constantly changing, it is difficult to last long by merely chasing trends. Instead, I believe it is important to better define the value Littlely can offer to customers, the user experiences and product assets we have built up so far, and the reasons why customers seek out Littlely

💬 A word from the Elifunt Team: The fewer resources a startup has, the more strategic its marketing must be!

Littlely's case demonstrates that smaller teams need to be more strategic in their marketing choices . Having a small workforce does not mean you should give up on marketing; instead, you must be more careful about where to allocate your resources

Advertisements allow you to see quick responses, but they disappear when they stop. Conversely, SEO and GEO-based websites and content, even if they take time, continue to be searched and cited once their structure is established, becoming an asset that brings in customers.

This is also where the Littlely team gained the greatest achievement from this project. They created new content, such as a website and blog, to pave the way for customers to understand Littlely.

If you already have a product but find it difficult to explain, and if your brand isn't properly visible the moment a customer searches or asks an AI, now is the time to re-examine your content and website structure.
