B2B Roadmap 2025: Which Companies, Job Levels, and Roles Are Most Common?

Even though May is a busy season for events, we’ve received a lot of applications during the B2B Roadmap 2025 early bird period. Here’s a look at the data on which companies and individuals are attending.

🏢 Application rates by company size

During the early bird application period, startups with 100 or fewer employees accounted for the highest percentage of applicants. While small businesses made up the majority in absolute numbers, the percentage of applications from large and mid-sized companies was also significant. Institutions and organizations are also showing interest!

I realized that, regardless of company size, the B2B sector is actively seeking practical solutions.

The majority of applicants are team leaders. It seems that leaders who are under pressure to deliver results—those responsible for designing and executing strategies—are applying in search of solutions to their challenges.

In addition, team leaders and executives account for 70% of all attendees. Since this event brings together corporate decision-makers, I believe you’ll get the most out of it—200%—by taking advantage not only of the sessions but also of the various networking opportunities.

We categorized applicants’ roles based on the themes of sales, marketing, and business strategy. Since there was a high level of participation from decision-makers, roles related to business development and business strategy were the most common.

Perhaps this is because the B2B landscape has evolved from a sales-centric model to one where marketing and sales must work in synergy to succeed. B2B marketing teams ranked second in terms of interest.
